AQWA

On Tuesday Jo (my dutch friend), Sheila (my Kenyan friend), and I went to the Aquarium of Western Australia. We saw all these really cool kinds of coral. Some awesome jellyfish (sea nettles) were in this cylinder that went from floor to ceiling. That was my favorite part, to just stand for a few minutes watching the jellyfish move through the water. We also saw sea horses, sea dragons, sting rays, sharks, sea turtles, crocodiles, etc, etc, etc. Oh and I got to touch a ray! Don't worry, it wasn't a sting ray. They feel rough and leathery, which I wasn't expecting. It was a very fun trip and an interesting read about all the native sea life to Australia. Too bad they were still doing construction on the whale exhibit. I'm back at my dad and Irena's house until I fly out in two weeks. And Christmas is in twelve days! Whoo! Well, that's about all for now.
